Niagara Seasons
John Hartig Photography
Autumn
leaves begin to burst forth in an array of colour in Ontario
by mid-September. Muskoka in the north and the Niagara Region in the south
are ablaze with glorious colours. In Southern Ontario, Balls Falls and
the Bruce Trail beckon the cameraman to take pictures of the reds, yellows
and browns of the changing leaves. Trees in Vineland, Fonthill, Pelham,
trees in all the little towns and villages are dressed in a coat of many
colours. Larger towns like Niagara-on-the-Lake, Niagara Falls, right up
to Fort Erie, all show "the signs" that summer is over and winter
will soon blanket Southern Ontario in white. But in the meantime, autumn
blazes bright with reds, yellows and browns. It's time for a picture!
